They're looking for a Practice Manager, to be part of a high-performing team and collaborate with industry leaders in cybersecurity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve performance management through the effective implementation of objectives and key results.

  • Offer expert technical guidance, ensure quality assurance, and provide oversight for client-facing engagements, including foundational web application assessments and network penetration tests.

  • Take charge of project management for client-facing engagements, overseeing all aspects from initial preparation to engagement closeout.

  • Lead the management, development, and retention efforts for a team of up to 10 security engineers with diverse technical backgrounds and growth potential.

  • Provide guidance, support, and active participation in internal initiatives and developmental opportunities.

  • Maintain an unwavering commitment to ensuring employee satisfaction throughout their tenure.

  • Demonstrate an intense dedication to ensuring client satisfaction throughout the service delivery process.

Skills and Experience

  • Possess over 4 years of extensive industry experience with a profound comprehension of the cybersecurity domain.

  • Have more than 2 years of managerial experience, leading and supervising technical teams.

  • Previously engaged in cybersecurity consulting roles.

  • Previously involved in offensive security roles or activities.

  • Previously held positions involving outward and customer-facing responsibilities.

  • Previously experienced in both people management and project management roles.

  • Previously managed a technical team in a leadership capacity.



Good to have

  • Possess familiarity with managing, executing, or implementing web application testing methodologies or frameworks.

  • Demonstrate familiarity with managing, executing, or implementing network penetration testing methodologies or frameworks.

  • Exhibit familiarity with cloud tech stacks, modern cloud security technologies, and best practices.

Education

  • Bachelors in computer science, computer engineering, mathematics, or related field

  • OSCP or OSWE
