An experienced Managing Director is being sought to lead account management and drive revenue expansion within the current customer base. This role involves shaping the account development strategy and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the Enterprise accounts. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Attain challenging revenue retention and growth objectives in designated accounts.

  • Foster connections and cultivate a trusted advisor role with crucial decision-makers and executive champions within allocated accounts.

  • Engage in cooperative efforts with internal customer success and service delivery teams to harmonize client objectives.

  • Deliver continuous assistance, including frequent high-level discussions, regular quarterly business evaluations, and interactions with technical teams.

  • Ensure that upper management remains apprised of significant issues and modifications that could affect anticipated business outcomes.

Skills and Experience

  • Possess 20+ years expertise in the cybersecurity sector.

  • Hold extensive experience in customer-facing positions, particularly in professional services.

  • Demonstrate past involvement in customer relationship management and account oversight.

  • Exhibit a proven history of effectively overseeing and broadening client associations.

  • Possess authoritative technical knowledge and subject matter expertise, enabling you to function as a genuine value-enhancing collaborator for our clients.

  • Have previous experience presenting at the executive and board of director levels.

Good to have

  • Big 4 or HiTech experience

  • Masters in business administration 

Education

  • Bachelors in computer science, computer engineering, mathematics, or related field
