Skills and Experience

• Proficiency in working with a blend of widely used open-source tools and internally developed solutions within an AWS environment.

• Strong inclination towards a No Ops/Zero-Ops philosophy coupled with an iterative/continuous improvement mindset.

• Adeptness in conducting comprehensive investigations, delving into uncharted territory to troubleshoot and resolve previously unencountered challenges.

• Skilled in fostering efficient collaboration between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure seamless system operations.

• Demonstrated ability to proactively identify potential areas for system enhancement and automation.
